Educating General Dentists To Successfully Replace

Missing Teeth With Conservative Implant Techniques

A MESSAGE FROM DR. JOSEPH SHOHMELIAN
Founder Of
THE MINI IMPLANT ACADEMY

As part of our daily practice of dentistry we are all called upon to replace missing teeth for patients who have had the misfortune of losing them due to caries, periodontal disease and trauma. Whether it be a single tooth, multiple teeth or a complete arch, the choice of prosthesis is based not only on the level of training and skill of the practitioner but by the desirability and affordability of the solution we offer our patients.

An acrylic partial denture for a single missing lateral incisor may be acceptable for some but completely unacceptable for another. A surgically placed implant with bone graft may be acceptable and affordable for a select few, but rejected by the vast majority, making it an undesirable option to offer.

As an implant dentist since 1984, I have placed and restored in excess of 15,000 implants using various techniques. During that time, of all the treatments I have performed, I have found that nothing is as simple, successful and desirable as Keyhole Single-Stage Dental Implants which are 2-3.5mm in diameter and take just 5 minutes to insert, virtually painlessly, and which can immediately carry a temporary crown and a permanent crown as soon as your lab can make it for you!

Because of its conservative and non-surgical approach, this modality has the highest level of acceptance by patients and generated highly successful outcomes in excess of 96% over a 20 year period.

There is no comparison! Removable partials, bridges and surgically-placed conventional implants just cannot generate the high level of patient acceptance and satisfaction that non-removable crowns and bridges on mini implants achieve!

If you are not currently using keyhole dental implants, at least for single tooth replacements, let me encourage you to subscribe at the top of this page to our FREE CLINICAL VIDEOS to view the sort of cases you could be treating in your practice. Take advantage of our other resources below to discover how wonderful these implants can be and how much benefit they can provide for both you and your patients!

Welcome to the new horizons of clinical practice that await you.

Yours sincerely
